INTER SER exceeds 20 million euros in turnover and celebrates entry into ACIMAC.

INTER SER, a company based in Vercelli with logistics center in Sassuolo founded in 1996 and specialized in the international marketing of original spare parts and machinery for ceramic industry, has closed the 2021 with a new turnover record (exceeded 20 million euros) and with an increase of 40% compared to 2020, year in which it was registered the previous record of +10% on turnover of year 2019.

“In a period of shortage of raw materials, and consequent delays in deliveries, the market confirmed us confidence thanks to the reactivity that customers have always recognized us.” commented the twins Gian Luca and Paolo Zanoni who run the company. “We make promises that we keep and we are close to the costumer in the face of a difficulty”.

The 2021 of INTER SER was crowned in October from the entry in ACIMAC (the association of Italian manufacturers of plants, machinery, equipment and semi-finished products, raw materials and services for the ceramic industry).

Joining ACIMAC association is a great recognition, the result of the contribution of INTER SER to the research and development of the district of Sassuolo and the growth of production companies in the ceramics sector that don’t have a foreign sales network in all countries.

Thanks to regular visits to customers all over the world, INTER SER sales team works with production and maintenance managers to identify possible improvements in production processes.

The technical department of INTER SER studies these ideas with the companies of Sassuolo for the joint design of easy-to-use machinery, many of which branded INTER SER, that can integrate into existing production lines.
