Despite the contraction of the Brazilian and Argentine markets, Inter Ser closed 2016 with revenue growth confirming the positive trend through the first half of 2017. The company – which is headquartered in Vercelli and with a logistics center in Sassuolo and specialized in the supply of original parts and machines for the ceramic industry – believes its strong performance is due to the international market expansion policy that led to serve about 150 companies distributed in 62 countries.

The activity in North America is particularly dynamic. In the United States for example, the opening of the branch Inter Ser USA near Dallas, Texas, allowed to increase the sales by almost 10% in the first six months of this year. The presence of a logistic warehouse weekly supplied from Italy with high-turnover spare parts has reduced delivery times and increased the number of products available.

This has enabled the company to meet the growing demand from historical customers and to acquire new ones, with the new aim to starting up business relationships with companies active in the new Tennessee ceramic district.

The growth recorded in Mexico is even more decisive, where Inter Ser has been operating for over ten years with a central warehouse in Chihuahua and two smaller warehouses in the central and southern part of the country.

Sales have risen by 20% a year in the past two years due to two factors: higher demand from the Mexican ceramic industry, which is expanding and opening new facilities; and the extension of the sales network to cover the entire country. Its ongoing commitment to improve its services and the type of products offered, have allowed Inter Ser to become a key partner for the leading players in the sector.
