The LAMOSA Mexico Group and the CEDASA/INCOPISOS Brazil Group (respectively No.2 and No.10 in the world in terms of production volumes – ref CWR148 ranking of 2022) have chosen ENEAgreen technology.
The LAMOSA Group purchased 10 ENEAgreen for their factories in Peru and Mexico while the CEDASA/INCOPISOS Group has purchased a total of 19 for their Brazilian production plants in Santa Gertrudes SP.
ENEAgreen is the first variable ventilation cooling system for oil in hydraulic presses used in the ceramic industry, designed and created by FIMO, a leading company in the ceramic sector for press cooling systems for over 30 years, and marketed exclusively by INTER SER in numerous countries, including all of South America and most Asian countries.
With the introduction of ENEA in the 1980s, the ceramic industry chose independence from water, preferring air cooling.
The continuous trend towards the large size tiles has led to the development of increasingly powerful hydraulic presses and the search for better performing cooling systems.
Hence the first evolution of the system with the introduction of ENEAplus in the 1990s.
The search for greater efficiencies and the need to reduce energy consumption gave rise to the ENEAgreen variable ventilation project, which allows significant reductions in energy consumption (at least 30%) and an improvement in cooling performance.
There are currently more than 320 ENEAgreen installations in the world!
