Following the successful implementation of I-Nkfiller\u00ae at the Cer\u00e1micaSan Lorenzo facility in Peru, the\u00a0Lamosa Group<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 the world\u2019s second-largest tile producer \u2013 has placed a further order for the technology produced by\u00a0I-Tech<\/a>\u00a0and distributed by\u00a0Inter Ser<\/a>\u00a0for its factory at Guanajuato, Mexico.<\/span><\/p>\n

The system supplied to the Mexican factory will manage four colours across 13 production lines, each equipped with digital printers from four different manufacturers. To accommodate this large number of digital machines, Lamosa has selected the top-tier\u00a0I-Nkfiller\u00ae PRO version featuring PIM Pro-color management and remote consumption monitoring capabilities<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Based on data from the first few months following installation of the system, results have exceeded expectations and initial evaluations: a return on investment (ROI) in under a year, an increased yield of first-choice products thanks to tone stability and reduced sedimentation defects, fewer production stops for printhead cleaning, and a corresponding increase in productivity. These performance advantages are complemented by operational and management benefits, including the elimination of human error, reduced transport costs and CO\u2082 emissions, and a lower environmental impact thanks to the elimination of plastic canisters and reduced waste.<\/span><\/p>\n

I-Nkfiller\u00ae is the original automatic filling system for inks, materials and glues for digital printers.<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0With 179 installations worldwide and counting, it is one of the most popular solutions on the market renowned for its performance and shorter-than-expected payback time.<\/span><\/p>\n
