On October the 5th<\/sup>\u00a02021, by means of notarial act, the BoD of INTER SER S.p.A., approved a\u00a0free share capital increase<\/strong>\u00a0from 500.000,00 euros to\u00a01.000.000,00 I.V.<\/strong>
\u00a0
The capital increase has been possible\u00a0thanks to profits reserves<\/strong>, therefore it is entirely realized by own resource without any additional disbursement by the shareholders.\u00a0
The initiative, aiming at rebalancing the ratio between share capital and reserves, will result in an increase of the most stable component of the core capital, aka share capital, thereby ensuring permanently adequate resources to support company activity.<\/p>\n

We are sure that this new\u00a0action to strengthen INTER SER<\/strong>\u00a0it is important also\u00a0for our customers and supplier<\/strong>, as\u00a0they can keep relying on a partner even more solid and trustworthy than before.<\/strong>

During the last September,\u00a0the entire staff of INTER SER<\/strong>\u00a0met in the charming Relais Franciacorta\u00a0to celebrate the 25 years<\/strong>\u00a0of company\u2019s activity characterized by a continuous growth in terms of turnover, staff and presence abroad.
In addition to the gala dinner and celebrations, all the staff was able to take part to a Team Building course organized by the company and run by Open Hs from Milano.
A two-day entertaining, constructive and in the spirit of a group which makes its cohesion a fundamental strength point for the company\u2019s results.
