Roll1 - Engobing Art from INTER SER

The growing trend in ceramic industry to produce large size tiles has turned the refractory engobe application into a step of crucial importance. A uniform application of engobe under slabs and tiles has become an essential requirement to maintain the condition of rollers and the physical qualities of production. ROLL1, specific machine for the printing of the bottom part of tiles, together with ROLLERFLEX, silicon roll laser engraved, allows to easily apply the refractory engobe in an accurate and uniform way. ROLL1 is the perfect choice for those lines prepared for a large range of sizes: starting from medium/small size of 600 mm up to 1200 or 1600 mm, with an equally large range of thickness from 3 to 6 mm or from 6 to 20 mm. The laser engraving on ROLLERFLEX can be customized according to client’s needs, enabling logos and writing as well as dosing the product applied on tiles/slabs having back pattern particularly smooth or not so marked.
