Inter Ser unveils its new logo, representing a strategic shift built on 30 years of expertise.

To mark its 30th anniversary, Inter Ser is pleased to unveil its new corporate logo, its visual identity evolution that stems not merely from a need for aesthetic renewal but from a desire to more accurately reflect the company’s journey of growth and transformation over the years.

Inter Ser was founded strongly specializing in the ceramics original spare parts industry and over time, the company has built an international reputation based on reliability, fast response, technical expertise, and in-depth knowledge of industrial processes. With its established presence in over 60 countries, it is now recognized as a key partner for many of the world’s leading tile manufacturers.

The new logo reflects Inter Ser’s strengthened and evolved identity. It does not break from the company’s history; it stands for its contemporary expression. Inter Ser has progressed its role, once highly specialized spare parts supplier, now a partner supporting broader industrial performance.

This evolution is also reflected in the new tagline, which consists of two distinct yet complementary elements, designed to clearly represent the two dimensions that now define the company’s positioning.

Original Parts evokes Inter Ser’s historical heritage, the original core from which the company was born and has developed. It expresses the expertise gained over 30 years of activity in the world of original spare parts, the know-how unfolded and the credibility earned through precise, timely, and reliable service supporting customers’ production lines worldwide.

Global Performance, on the other hand, represents the natural evolution of this experience. Continuous observation of plant operating dynamics, recurring anomalies, and inefficiencies affecting production continuity has enabled Inter Ser to develop a broader, more structured body of knowledge. On this basis, the company has progressively built its own ability to analyse and interpret recurring patterns, both in terms of faults and production line inefficiencies, providing customers with solutions that go beyond component replacement and aim to improve overall production performance.

Spare parts, therefore, remain the backbone of Inter Ser’s identity, but today they are part of a more advanced vision, in which technical expertise, process analysis, and the ability to intervene combine to generate greater efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimized operations.
