Inter Ser becomes I-Tech shareholder

An important step forward in Inter Ser’s growth path, consolidating a strategic partnership that began eight years ago.

In July 2025, Inter Ser acquired a stake in I-Tech, a choice that represents the natural evolution of a partnership consolidated more than eight years ago, based on shared values, a common vision and combined goals that have proven successful over time. In fact, several successful projects have resulted ever since. Among these, I-Nkfiller, the technology developed by I-Tech and globally promoted by Inter Ser.

Gian Luca Zanoni, CEO of Inter Ser stated ‘This union will allow us to further strengthen our ability to offer innovation, reliability and added value to tile manufacturers around the world.’

I-Tech is a cutting-edge company, specialised in innovative technological solutions for the preparation and intralogistic distribution of coloured liquid products.

CEO Bruno Bettelli said that “Inter Ser’s entry will allow us to remain focused on the continuous evolution of the solutions we offer, relying on Inter Ser’s solid international position and its speed in reaching all markets to promote our technologies.’

But that’s not all. Non-ceramic sectors, now well established for I-Tech, will significantly benefit from Inter Ser’s entry into the company’s capital, as Commercial Director and CEO Andrea Carandini points out.

‘Thanks to Inter Ser’s consolidated network and international presence,’ says the manager, ‘I Tech’s innovative solutions will be able to rapidly access new international markets and industrial segments.’

Inter Ser will provide I-Tech with its commercial network, technical know-how, reliability and credibility on international markets, gained thanks to an established presence in over 60 countries throughout over thirty years of activity.
