After receiving two awards in a row as Best Supplier in Brasil, INTER SER obtains another important recognition, this time on the Indonesian market.

On October 25th, 2019, PT. Arwana Citramulia Tbk, one of the best ceramic factories in Indonesia and fifteen’s largest ceramic factory in the world, conducted supplier gathering in their 4th Plant in Palembang – South Sumatera, Indonesia.

All Arwana’s supplier were invited to this event during which PT. Arwana gave rewards to the best supplier by category.
INTER SER was proudly selected as the best spare parts import supplier category for PT. Arwana.

This reward considers several aspects, including quantity purchased, price, service, delivery time, fast reply, problem solution and reliability.

We also remind that INTER SER’s portfolio currently includes more than 160 ceramic factories located in 65 countries and that, for the third year in a row, INTER SER confirms itself as supplier for 22 among the 25 biggest tiles manufacturers of the ceramic industry (according to 2019 ranking published by Ceramic World Magazine #133/2019)!
