INTER SER, through its Mexican subsidiary, has acquired company stakes in FERRARI & CIGARINI Mexico and USA.
The agreement, signed during the exhibition Coverings 2026 in Las Vegas and formalised in April, marks a key milestone in the growth and consolidation strategy of both companies in the North American markets.
While the operational headquarters will remain in Monterrey, ensuring continuity and proximity to the market, administrative management will be entrusted to INTER SER de Mexico.
The partnership aims to integrate technical excellence and well-established commercial networks, with the objective of generating new development opportunities in Mexico and the United States. This transaction strengthens the international competitive positioning of both companies, laying the foundations for further long-term strategic expansion.
