Inter Ser goes to USA

INTER SER, leader in the sale of spare parts and machines for the ceramic industry, is proud to announce the opening of a new office in the United States in Mansfield (Texas), near Dallas.

The opening of the new headquarters (INTER SER USA) is connected to the growing importance of the American market for the ceramic industry and will allow INTER SER to offer a service specifically developed for the needs of North American customers.

INTER SER USA joins the other two branches INTER SER DE MEXICO and INTER SER DO BRASIL inaugurated in 2005 and in 2013.

The new headquarters of Mansfield (Texas) is organized with sales offices and a large warehouse; an important structure to manage the stock of high rotation original spare parts, so to provide an efficient service and quick response to all customers’ requirements.

INTER SER USA staff boasts a specific knowledge in ceramic spares management.

In particular, the head office Manager had previous experiences as a purchasing manager and warehouse supervisor in a large ceramic factory based in Texas.

Armed with these skills INTER SER USA aims to become an even more central partner for the largest tile producers in the USA.
